What is Cambria?

Cambria is an option to granite. Quartz is mined in North America and is one of the hardest and most abundant minerals found in nature.

What is it made of?

Cambria is made of 93% pure natural quartz crystals and 7% binders, and color pigments.

Why would I choose Cambria?

Cambria countertops are completely “Maintenance Free”…. no sealing, sanding or buffing is ever required!

How is it made?

Cambria is made in an industrial plant, using complex, state of the art technology. The process has been likened to baking a cookie, involving recipes, mixing of ingredients and baking/heat.

Where is it made?

The slabs are made in Minnesota. The actual sizing and cutting of your tops is done in Ohio.

How do I clean Cambria countertops?

Because it is completely non-porous, soap and warm water is all you will ever need.

Will they stain like granite?

No….spill red wine, beet juice and oils without any worry of staining.

Can I put a hot pan on it?

Always use a hot pad, due to the 7% resin content in the stone.

Who will install my Cambria?

Cambria installers are trained and certified by attending Cambria University, in Saint Peter Minnesota.

Will I have seams in my tops?

Most kitchens require one or more seams depending on your specific cabinetry. Cambria seams are the tightest and most inconspicuous in the stone industry!
